Wedding & Event Photography
The people, the atmosphere and the moments you’ll want to remember. Professional photography available through a trusted, approved third-party photographer I work with — coordinated alongside my wedding, celebrant and event services across Surrey, London and beyond.
Make space for the moments that matter
Great event photographs tell the story of the whole day: the anticipation, the ceremony, the speeches, the dancefloor and the moments in between. Photography works best when it feels part of the celebration rather than something that interrupts it.
Whether you’re arranging a wedding, a milestone party or a corporate event, thinking about the running order early helps your photographer capture the important moments without rushing you or your guests.
What to plan for
Before the ceremony
Discuss preparation photographs, arrival times and any family or group portraits you particularly want.
The ceremony
Make sure the photographer and celebrant agree on where to stand and how to work discreetly during key moments.
The evening
Speeches, first dances, guest reactions and lively dancefloor shots all benefit from a clear timeline and suitable lighting.
The practical details
Ask about coverage hours, image delivery, backup equipment, insurance and permissions at the venue.
Photography, ceremony and music working together
When your photographer, celebrant, DJ and venue know the plan, the day flows more naturally. Share the ceremony order, entrances, speeches and evening highlights with everyone involved.
I’m Paul Rayner, a wedding celebrant, wedding DJ and event host. I can arrange an introduction to my approved photography partner and help coordinate the ceremony and entertainment timings with them. Photography is provided by the third party, not by me personally.
Enquire about photographyFrequently asked questions
Do you provide professional photography?
Yes — professional photography can be arranged through an approved third-party photographer I work with. Photography is delivered by that independent provider, while I can help coordinate timings with your ceremony, DJ and event hosting.
When should we brief our photographer?
Ideally, before the final running order is agreed. That gives you time to plan family portraits, light-sensitive moments and any restrictions at the venue.
Can a photographer cover the celebrant ceremony?
Yes. A celebrant-led ceremony can be planned with natural pauses and thoughtful positioning to help capture meaningful images without disrupting the moment.
